Graduating International Students Exhibition
“GIST”
1. About
Brand identity, poster, postcard, and view-book are designed for the GIST: “Graduating International Student Exhibition”. The exhibition was planned and hosted by UArts.
2. Problem
All of GIST exhibition appliers had each different major and in different fields. For that reason, the goal of this project is to give a feeling of each person’s artwork and combined feeling of every work together under the Brand Identity at the same time.
3. Solution
Each character of “GIST” represents each different major. “G” is filled with the Han Bit Kang’s painting work, and represent the fine art major. Luke Han’s work is hung on the “I”, and it represents Craft and Material major. The “S” is on the glitched screen, and it means film major. The image of dance major student is superimposed with “T”, and it shows dance major.
4. Logo
The letters “G”, “I”, “S”, “T”, having each different feeling, make harmonious feelings under the glitch effect and having the same angle.
